What are your fees?
No other fees. Once the one time start up fee of $99(+ gst) is paid, there is only the mailing costs.

Can I make changes to my list on line?
Yes, you can update your personal mailing list anytime, 24/7.

What if I don’t want to make my own changes?
DMS will be happy to make the changes at no additional charges to you.

Is your newsletter in e-version?
DMS concentrates on hard copy versions of the newsletter. This should be your basis for keeping in contact with your client base. On top of the newsletter you should “layer” your other types of contacts. E-mail your hot new listings and when you have sold a property. Make the emails information specific – short and sweet – What a home is listed at, what a home sold for. Phone campaigns are another layer. Stagger your contacts – each one different.

What type of content is provided for the newsletters? 
All of our newsletters contain lifestyle type information. We don’t provide real estate information or advice as this is the domain of a licensed real estate agent and each agent has his or her own approach to how and what information should be presented and shared with their clients.

Can we put in our own article or information?
We have a number of different options you can do for this. With all of our newsletters you can include a centre page. An 8 1/2 x 11 sheet that you can print double sided to add your own information. Highlight specific listings; what ‘your’ specific area is doing; highlight one of your own client’s business; there are hundreds of ideas.You also have the option of changing an article in our Flex newsletter.

Can I use my own branded artwork?
Yes, you simply send us your high resolution files and we can use your Branded artwork. If you don’t have branded artwork, DMS can design your artwork for the use on the newsletter of your choice.

Can I use your newsletter for a postal walk?
We do allow our Flex newsletter to be purchased for self-distribution.

I work on a team; can we have more than one picture?
Yes, we have many examples of our prepared artwork with 2, 3, 4, 5 different photos on one personalization area.

Are we locked into a contract?
No, there are no contracts.

How is payment expected?
Visa or MasterCard is accepted, and pay as you go.
