The Your House newsletter is available solely for addressed mail. You have the assurance your clients will not receive it as unaddressed mail from another realtor looking to farm the area. Production & Processing 
At DMS marketing we provide content, top quality colour printing, direct type (no labels) newsletter envelopes and we carry out all processes needed to mail your newsletters to your clients including the trip down to the post office. 

Artwork Design & Layout
As a real estate agent in today’s world it is important to distinguish yourself from your colleagues. At DMS, we provide you the opportunity to personalize your newsletter with your own brand identity. We give you the ability to utilize your current branded artwork. If your artwork is in need of re-development or if you need to establish a brand identity our art department will create a unique, professional look exclusively for you.

Direct Data Access 
At DMS Marketing we understand your ongoing needs to maintain your client list in the most user friendly and up to date manner available. Through our online database you have around the clock accessibility to ensure your client’s contact information is in place and ready for your next mail out.

Content Summary
Prior to printing you are emailed a content summary of our newsletter topics and articles.

24 Hour Notice
Once production and processing is complete you will be emailed confirmation of your newsletter being mailed out to your client list.

All-Inclusive Pricing
Our pricing is all-inclusive. Everything listed above in the full service package is included. You will never be committed to a contract that locks you in. Personalization
You greet your client the moment they open the envelope. With your brand identity printed prominently on the front page you will connect with your clients every newsletter without spending extra time to do so. Your House gives you the option of using the upper third or the lower third of the front page for your brand advertising. 

Name Your Own Newsletter
Make the Your House newsletter custom to your brand identity by choosing a title that reflects you. This option is available with the upper personalization option.

Centre Page Insert
The sky is the limit. We provide you the ability to convert your newsletter to six pages with the use of a full double – sided 8 ½ x 11 sheet inserted into your newsletter.

Mailing Frequency
Your House Newsletter is available to be mailed 5X per year.
