Our real estate newsletters are written to be mini-magazines. The content is relevant to everyday living with articles focusing on the latest decorating trends, home renovation ideas, home upkeep tips, how-to articles and the option to include local real estate statistics. If you would like to include personal content, you have the ability to do so with our various customization options.

Can we put in our own article or information?

We have a number of different customization options available. With all of our MINI-MAGS you can include your own information on an 8.5″ x 11″ centre page.

Who should I include on my mailing list?

Add anyone to your list that you’ve done business with or that you have a relationship with who might do business with you in the future. Try the memory joggers to help you build a comprehensive list.

What do I need to have ready for my mailing?

1. Your mailing list preferably in .xls or .csv
2. A high resolution photo (min 4″ x 6″, 300dpi)
3. Any awards or designations you would like to include

Can I make changes to my list online?

Yes, you can update your personal mailing list anytime, 24/7, by logging in above. If you require login credentials, contact us.

What if I don’t want to make my own changes?

DMS Marketing Inc. will be happy to make the changes at no additional charge to you.

Can I use my own branded artwork?

Yes, simply send us your high-resolution files and we can use your branded artwork. If you don’t have branded artwork, DMS Marketing Inc. will design your personalized artwork for you.

Can I use my own distribution?

We do allow our Flexletter to be purchased for self-distribution.

I work on a team; can we have more than one picture?

Yes, we have many examples of our prepared artwork with multiple agents in one personalization area.

I work on a team; can we keep separate lists but use the same artwork?

Yes, we can set your team up to each maintain separate mailing lists, but all use the same newsletter artwork.

Are we locked into a contract?

No, there are no contracts and no annual membership fees. Pricing is based on frequency and options selected, please contact us to learn more.

How is payment accepted?

Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
